Thank you Marilyn and Audrey! Judy Brown wrote her book Hush under the pseudonym of Eishes Chayil in order to protect her friends and family.  Eishes Chayil  translates to Woman of Valor.

Thank you Leena!   In Germany this month’s book Me Before You is titled Ein Ganzes Halbes Tahr, which translates to A Whole Half Year.  I actually like the German title better!

Which title do you prefer? Me Before You or A Whole Half Year?

Part 2……………….Guess where I am?

I was in Vienna, Salzburg and Munich and this book was everywhere!

Thank you Audrey! In Defending Jacob, Jacob was described as having a heart two sizes too small. Defending Jacob, written by William Landay is an exciting mystery which will keep you on the edge of your seat. You will be asking yourself whether he was guilty or not until the very end. I could not get this book out of my head for days after finishing it!

Little Bee is about  the relationship between a young Nigerian girl and a British magazine editor, an unlikely pair who’s lives collide one day on  an African  beach, changing their lives forever. A 4 Omelet book!

What starts off as a series of threatening phone calls turns into so much more. A thought provoking book!

Thank you BermudaOnion and Betty Jo! Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen is the story of  Jacob Jankowski. When  twenty-three year old Jacob, a veterinary student  receives the devastating news that his parents were killed in a car accident, he leaves school and jumps a train, only to find out that it is a circus train. A wonderful book!
