  1. A superb book with an equally wonderful sequel. I cannot wait for the mini-series.

  2. I am actually a little bothered by the fact that I did not love this book as much as most people. I found there were many detailed passages that I just wasn’t interested in. The specifics regarding the angles of the church and its pathways were quite boring to me and created a “gap” in my desire to continue at times. The sheer length of the book was bothersome. With books this long I feel there is a lot of superfluous fluff that I could do without.

I noticed that when it came to the reviews, people either gave it 3 or 5 omelets, so I thought I must not be the only one that wasn’t “wowed” as much as everyone else. There are very few 4 omelets so it looks like people either loved it or thought it was just okay. Interesting.
