Today when I arrived home after a long exhausting day, I found a large box of books on my front porch! Our copies of The Memory Thief have arrived from Hachette Book Group. We were lucky enough to win copies for each of our official members through ReadingGroupGuides. I also recieved an email asking us when we would like to schedule our phone chat with author Rachel Keener. A first for The Friday Morning Bookclub! The Memory Thief is about two girls from very different backgrounds. Angel is the victim of an impoverished abusive family. Hannah is the daughter of missionaries, born into a strict religous sect. The Memory Thief is about these two young women and how their lives become intertwined. It looks like a fascinating read. Please read along with us!
